Terms of Service
1. Contractual Agreement
By accessing, browsing, scheduling an architecture session, or subscribing to our Growth or Enterprise automation suites, you ("Client", "User", "Your") explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. This document represents a binding electronic commercial contract between you and Felmora Tech LLC ("Felmora Tech", "We", "Our", "Us"), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
If you are executing this agreement on behalf of a company or other corporate legal form, you certify that you hold complete legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions. If you do not agree to all clauses, you are strictly prohibited from configuring or sub-accounting our systems.
2. Services Provided & Technical Scope
Felmora Tech LLC provides bespoke digital marketing consultancies, custom CRM configurations, automated missed-call text-back triggers, scheduled calendar operations, web survey containers, and unified review campaign pipelines (collectively, the "Services").
Our Services constitute custom consulting allocations designed to establish independent pipeline operations for your business. We do not provide, resell, or distribute "GoHighLevel" default brand sub-accounts. Our systems are built and managed directly as bespoke technical agency infrastructure. We reserve complete rights to amend, update, or deprecate segments of our custom gateway routines at any point to maintain strict bank security or telecom gateway protocols.
3. Fees, billing, & payment processing credentials (Stripe)
By selecting any Growth or Enterprise Suite plan and providing payment information, you authorize Felmora Tech LLC to securely transmit transaction requests to our payment gateway (Stripe) to process recurring charges:
- Recurring Cycle: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle based on your selected package tier.
- Charge Authorization: You authorize our Stripe connected merchant system to charge your stored credit/debit card automatically at the start of each billing loop.
- Account Integrity: You must maintain accurate, verified payment details on file. Any failed charge sequence will cause immediate automation pipeline suspension.
- Taxes: All pricing parameters listed on our terminal exclude localized sales tax where applicable. Taxes are appended transparently at checkout.
"All purchases and monthly subscriptions are protected by our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee as detailed in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any termination requests made after this 14-day window will apply to the next billing cycle, and access will remain active until the end of the current paid period."
4. Intellectual Property Protection
All custom components, custom HTML/Tailwind scripts, back-end code repositories, layout schemes, system designs, logo marks, and copywriting sequences designed or hosted on this website remain the sole intellectual property of Felmora Tech LLC.
Upon active execution of your monthly subscription, we grant you a limited, non-assignable, and revocable license to utilize our proprietary automation pipelines, custom landing interfaces, and visual calendars strictly for your business operations. This license terminates immediately upon subscription cancellation or payment disruption. You are strictly forbidden from copying, cloning, white-labeling, or reselling our custom code systems.
5. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
Our systems and analytical consultations are provided entirely on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind either written, spoken, or implied.
In no event shall Felmora Tech LLC, its directors, officers, engineers, or agents be liable to any Client or Third-Party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of sales profits, data leaks, customer disputes, missed telephony logs, or Google ranking changes) arising out of or relating to your use of our custom codebases, email servers, or conversational SMS workflows.
Our total aggregate commercial liability under this contract shall never exceed the exact monetary amount paid by the Client to Felmora Tech LLC during the immediate thirty (30) days preceding the liability trigger event.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This electronic commercial contract and any disputes arising out of your relationship with us are governed by and construed in strict accordance with the laws of the **State of Wyoming, USA**, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You and Felmora Tech LLC explicitly agree that the authorized state and federal courts located in **Sheridan, Wyoming, USA** hold exclusive territorial jurisdiction over any claims, disputes, or settlement demands arising out of this agreement.
